Jawahar Saw Mills Pvt. Ltd, as the name suggests, is a century old company. In its hundred years of operations, the company has grown from a modest beginning to become one of the largest timber suppliers in the world.

The timber, sourced from Central America, Africa and Myanmar, is sold worldwide. Since the company deals in a valuable natural resource, it has taken upon itself to create a healthy balance between its business and preserving natural ecosystems.

Jawahar sources all its timer from FSC and PEFC certified suppliers. FSC and PEFC are international certifications in responsible forest management, and lay down stringent laws regarding harvesting

As a result, today Jawahar not only sources timber from wood-rich parts of Myanmar, Africa, South America and Papua New Guinea, but also furnishes top quality FEQ Grade teak sizes as well as floorings to markets in Europe and America.
